here comes my yearly wish list!
If anyone is wondering what I really really want for Christmas is... well I don't know. I am quite happy right now. I have things I need and I don't need things I don't need because I learnt from renting my own place is that packing to move again (and again) is a big headache. Also, I live in a studio apartment where space is limited and storage is well challenging.
I've bought many things on my own, a google Chrome cast, a DSLR Canon 70D camera, an iPhone 6S, a Macbook Air, Herschel backpack, Harman Kardon wireless speakers, a mini oven, subscribed to my very own Unifi account (it was a nightmare without Internet when I moved out from the place I called home) and my silver cutlery set bought at special price from Cold Storage. Well, these are just some my prize possessions which I treasure.
SO MATERIALISTIC RIGHT?
FYI I don't own any branded fashion pieces or luxury bags to show off. Somehow I never clicked in that direction. Shoes, bags, clothes they don't mean anything to me. I prefer gadgets, graphic vectors, home appliances, beauty products and flip flops. The prize possessions I mention, improved the quality of my life.
moving out is hard...
When I moved out two years ago on my own, I realised I had nothing, not even proper knives to cut or cutleries to eat. Take outs and plastic forks and spoons every day. When I finally got back my ZWILLING J.A. Henckels knife set I was so damn happy (bought during sale). The knives sparkle in my kitchen. Suddenly life didn't seem so bad.
After a year, I bought my ZWILLING J.A. Henckels cutlery set at RM169 instead of RM999 through a Cold Storage PWP promotion. It was the 2nd upgrade, from using plastic forks and spoons, to Tesco cutlery set and now to this. This feeling is indescribable.

So if you asked me what I want? I probably say there's nothing I want now. I am happy with my life, I rent a studio apartment, I have an amazing job, and I have an amazing boyfriend who reminds me what love is every day via cuddles and kisses in the morning when I wake up and before I go to bed. I have my family and friends who helped and supported me throughout my trials and tribulations. I only prayed that they are safe, well taken of, and happy.
